Do I have to be a member to have my wedding at the London Club?
No, you do not need to be a member, but you may want to be after you celebrate your day with us!
Do you offer on-site ceremonies?
Yes, on-site ceremonies are hosted in the Grand Ballroom and can accommodate up to 160 seated guests.
What other items does The London Club take care of?
The Club offers white ‘signature’ table linens, white napkins at no additional charge, 3 candles per table, cake knife and server, 50-foot white carpet for the ceremony and the assistance of Caitlyn, our Wedding Planner, to set up everything for your special day. We are happy to source and provide alternative table linens, chair covers, backdrops upon request from one of our preferred vendors.
Do we have access to other parts of the Club?
Absolutely! For example, you could take family photos in the Members Lounge immediately following the ceremony, bride and broom photos in the Wine Cellar and groomsmen photos in the John Allyn Taylor Lounge – complete with a pool table for entertainment.
What is a typical room setup?
The Club uses 72-inch (10 person) tables. Depending upon your final number of guests and preferred seating arrangement, the Club’s experienced operations team will make a recommendation regarding the optimal room setup. A traditional head table can be set comfortably for up to 16 people.
Can my guests choose from a selection of entrée items?
The Club encourages you to offer your guests a selection of entrée items so that they can better enjoy the full London Club epicurean experience. For wedding events, we require your guests’ selections two weeks in advance as well as place cards with food legend for the event 5 days prior.
